From the Administrator:

Hi, I would like to point out that due to the growing amount of "Spam" on the Internet that most ISP (Internet Service Providers) are running Anti-Spam software on the servers. Most people now days have Anti-Spam software installed on their PC's as well. It generally creates a "Spam" box and removes "spam" to it automatically. Some people may or may not check this "spam" box that often. If you have recently signed up for our forum and have not received your activation email then you might want to check your "Spam" box. It could have been placed there. If it is there then simply add the email address to your "Approved" list and you should be ok from then on with email from the forum.

Also, there sometimes is an issue with the ISP spam settings in which we have no control. Sometimes, the ISP's Spam software will flag messages and will not even allow them to be downloaded to your "Inbox" on your PC. If that is the case, it just isn't arriving in your inbox or spam box, you may need to go to your ISP's website and log on to your webmail account. At that point you can add our email address to your address book online and it will allow all email from The Ultimate Paradox Forum to be delivered to your mail client on your PC from then on.
